9 Years Of Kick: Randeep Hooda Shares VIDEO From The Film While Celebrating 9 Years Completion (Watch Video)

On Tuesday, the action movie 'Kick,' starring Salman Khan, Randeep Hooda, and Jacqueline Fernandez, turned nine. Randeep posted a video on Instagram with the description, “Mai case aur face kabhi nahi bhoolta” #9YearsOfKick #Kick” to commemorate the day. The actor revealed several sneak peeks from the movie in the video.

Blockbuster rating was given to the Sajid Nadiadwala-directed movie. Salman appeared as Devi Lal Singh and Devil, an eccentric man whose life was motivated by the urge for a ‘Kick’ or an adrenaline rush. Salman's subtle character shifts throughout the movie put the audience in complete awe. Devil is constantly looking for a ‘Kick’ in his life, whether it be partying uncontrollably or ending up in jail, and this is where the amusement in the movie starts. The crowd was most definitely drawn in by the superstar's charismatic performance as the Devil, his true self hidden beneath the mask, and his willingness to provide a hand to those in need.

In addition, the movie released a super-popular music album with songs like ‘Jumme Ki Raat,’ ‘Hangover,’ and ‘Yaar Naa Miley,’ practically all of which were hits. The soundtrack of the movie features music for every occasion, whether it be celebratory, emotional, or centred around love.

'Kick' became one of the biggest blockbusters of 2014 and was Salman's first movie to gross over Rs 200 crore. The movie became the 22nd highest-grossing Indian film of all time after earning over Rs 402 Cr. globally and over Rs 232 Cr. net domestically in India.

Moreover, the sequel has been confirmed, and Salman fans are anxiously anticipating it. The sequel was previewed by the filmmakers in 2020.

Regarding Randeep's forthcoming projects, he recently wrapped up the filming for 'Swatantra Veer Savarkar.' The movie is a biography of the liberation fighter Veer Savarkar, also known as Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.

Produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures, Randeep Hooda Films, Legend Studios, and Avak Films, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar is directed and co-written by Randeep Hooda and Utkarsh Naithani. Ankita Lokhande, of 'Pavitra Rishta' fame, will be Randeep's opposite in the movie. In Nashik, Maharashtra, on May 28, 1883, Vinayak Damodar Savarkar was born. He was a political activist, lawyer, writer, and author. 'Hindutva' is a phrase that was popularised by Savarkar.
