Aamir Khan hosts a Gujarati dinner for the Russo Brothers and Dhanush with Kiran Rao at his home
On July 20, The Russo Brothers joined Dhanush for the Mumbai premiere of The Gray Man. After the premiere, Aamir Khan hosted the directors for a traditional Gujarati lunch. The Russo Brothers are currently on a promotional tour for The Gray Man on Netflix in India. On July 22, the film will be released. Along with Dhanush, it also features Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling.
Aamir Khan was invited to The Gray Man's world premiere last night. But he was unable to attend because of a heavy schedule leading up to the premiere of Laal Singh Chaddha. In order to make up to the Russo Brothers, Khan threw a dinner for them, Dhanush, and the entire cast of The Gray Man. The gathering also included Kiran Rao, his ex-wife.
Being a big fan of Gujarati cuisine, Aamir Khan hosted a Gujarati dinner at his house and flew in chefs who specialise in making delicacies from that region. The top chef for Fafda, Jalebi, and Kand Puri was flown in from Surat, while a chef for Sutarfeni was brought in from Khambhat by a chef who specialises in creating Papad Luva Patodi, Tuver Lifafa, and Kand Puri.
On August 11, Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan, will premiere in theatres. The remake of the iconic Hollywood film Forrest Gump (1994) had its trailer released a few weeks ago by the actor.
