A new story from Pinkvilla says that the superstar is planning to make a movie with his talented son Junaid Khan in the lead role. Sources close to the production say that the father and son team is going to remake the 2016 Thai romance thriller 'One Day' for the Indian movie theatres.

"The movie with Aamir Khan and Junaid Khan is a copy of a Thai movie called" 'One Day,' sources said. Aamir liked this Thai relationship movie from 2016 so much that he bought the official remake rights to it last year. Sunil Pandey has worked with Aamir for a long time and is also the director of this movie. He has done a beautiful job of adapting the Thai movie to the Indian setting. Junaid will play the main character, but they haven't decided who will play the female lead.

Sunil Pandey, who works with Aamir Khan and is someone he trusts, is in charge of translating 'One Day' for an Indian public. Pandey not only directed the movie, but he also skillfully turned the Thai story into a story that makes sense to an Indian audience.
