Adipurush director heaps praises on Prabhas; calls him the ‘biggest star’ in India
Prabhas became a pan-India star after the riotous success of Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017). Currently, he has close to half a dozen films in his hand and all of them are being made for a pan-India audience.
His last film Radhe Shyam may not have clicked with the audience for a variety of reasons, but its failure has not dented audiences’ faith in the superstar. They are looking forward to all his upcoming films with bated breath, including Adipurush, directed by Om Raut.
Raut is thoroughly impressed with Prabhas’ dedication towards his work. Showering praises on him, the filmmaker recently said, “Prabhas without a doubt is the biggest star in India. He has the most expensive eyes and it is a reflection of his heart.”
Raut further continued, “I have managed to get Prabhas to convey the emotions that I have wanted him to, through his eyes.”
Raut’s statement has definitely whetted our excitement to watch Prabhas in the high-profile magnum opus Adipurush. Also featuring Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Sunny Singh in important characters, the film is set to enter cinemas on January 12, 2023.
In addition to Adipurush, Prabhas also has Salaar, Project K, and Spirit in the pipeline.
