There were rumours that the ticket price had increased for the seat next to Lord Hanuman as the release date of ‘Adipurush’ drew near. However, the producers denied the rumours and issued a statement stating that they had not increased the price of the seats, especially those next to Lord Hanuman, and that people shouldn't believe the rumours.
The statement read, " There are misleading reports circulating in the media regarding #Adipurush ticket pricing. We want to clarify that there will be no differences in rates for seats next to the one reserved for Hanuman Ji! Don’t fall for false information! Jai Shri Ram"
Om Raut proposed the concept of placing Lord Hanuman at each theatre, and during the trailer debut, he stated: " This act symbolises the reverence and acknowledgment of Lord Hanuman’s spiritual presence during the showcasing of the film ‘Adipurush'.”
