It's a week since Alia Bhatt married Ranbir Kapoor, and social media has been flooded with behind-the-scenes photos from their fairytale wedding. Isn't it fun to watch Ranbir and Alia as Mr. and Mrs. Kapoor? While we can't stop gushing over the couple's photos from the wedding celebrations, Alia has indeed taken away internet by sharing new photos from her wedding day, this time posing with her pet cat Edward.
Alia looked stunning in her cream lehenga with heavy golden embroidery in the photos. She was beaming with joy, and her bridal glow took everyone's breath away. And, despite being a feline lover, the Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania actress was seen carrying her furry friend in her arms. "Cat of honour," Alia captioned the photo. Soon after, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Neetu Kapoor took to the comments section to show their support for Alia. "My most beautiful girl," Riddhima added.
Meanwhile, Alia has returned to work following her wedding and has recently flown to Jaisalmer to film Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. She is also preparing for the update of Ayan Mukerji's fantasy drama Brahmastra, starring Ranbir Kapoor, on September 9 this year. It should be noted that this will be Alia's first joint work with Ranbir.
