Alia Bhatt reacts to Ranbir Kapoor's Shamshera poster; calls it a ‘hot morning’
Alia Bhatt, who recently tied the knot with Ranbir Kapoor, reacted to her actor-husband’s film Shamshera’s poster shortly after the makers of the highly-anticipated film unveiled the official poster of the film and announced its release date on Monday. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role and Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in crucial roles.
Alia Bhatt, who is currently overseas shooting for her Hollywood debut, took to Instagram and shared the Shamshera poster, praising her husband’s look and calling him 'hot.'
Sharing the picture, the Brahmastra actress captioned, "Now that’s a hot morning... I mean... good morning."
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor stars as a larger-than-life classic Hindi film hero in Shamshera. Four years after delivering the hit Sanju (2018), Ranbir is returning to the big screen, and his comeback is one of the most eagerly anticipated events among fans and audiences.
Shamshera is set in the mythical city of Kaza, where a warrior tribe is imprisoned, enslaved, and tortured by Shudh Singh, a vicious authoritarian commander. This is the tale of a guy who became a slave, a slave who became a leader, and finally a tribe legend. He fights tirelessly for the liberty and dignity of his people.
The action extravaganza, directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Aditya Chopra, is set to release on July 22, 2022, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
