Alia Bhatt to star alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in her Hollywood debut Heart of Stone
Alia Bhatt, who is ruling the Bollywood with her recent release Gangubai Kathiawadi (2022) is all ready to set her foot in Hollywood. For a long time, there were speculations that the actress will be seen in a Hollywood movie, it is, however, now confirmed that she will be making her Hollywood debut alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in a project titled Heart of Stone.
Directed by Tom Harper, the film is touted to be an international spy thriller and will premiere on Netflix. As of now, not much is known about Heart of Stone, except that Gadot will portray a dangerous spy. We can't wait to find out what part Alia Bhatt will play. The story revolves around Rachel Stone (played by Gal Gadot), an intelligence operative, who is the protagonist of the film. She is the only woman who can save her powerful, international peacekeeping organisation from losing its most important — and hazardous — asset.
Gal Gadot announced her involvement with the project by posting a few behind-the-scenes photos and writing, "Rachel Stone. Nice to meet you. Heart Of Stone."
This is a significant step forward for Alia Bhatt in terms of global cinema.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Gangubai Kathiawadi, Alia Bhatt's recently released flick, is making a lot of commotion at the box office. It's a great success. Next up for the actress is Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Ranveer Singh, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, and Dharmendra feature in the film, which is directed by Karan Johar. The film is set to hit theatres this year.
