Amitabh Bachchan rents out his duplex apartment to Kriti Sanon; the actress to pay ₹10 lakh rent per month
The apartment is reportedly located on the 27 and 28 floors of the Atlantis building in Andheri West.

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has rented out a duplex apartment to actress Kriti Sanon for a period of two years. The apartment is reportedly located on the 27 and 28 floors of the Atlantis building on Lokhandwala Road in Andheri West.
According to the registered rent agreement accessed, Kriti Sanon will pay a monthly rent of ₹10 lakh to the veteran actor. She has already paid a security deposit of ₹60 lakh. The duplex apartment comes with a parking area for four cars.
As per reports, the leave and license agreement was registered on November 12. The lease term is for a period of 24 months starting from October 16, 2021 to October 15, 2023.
Senior Bachchan had bought the 5,184-sq ft property worth ₹31 crore in Atlantis through a Tier-2 builder, Crystal Group in December 2020 but registered it only in April 2021. He paid a stamp duty of ₹62 lakh, taking advantage of the Maharashtra government’s stamp duty waiver of 2 percent until March 31, 2021.
Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon is presently busy with her forthcoming projects. The actress has a number of interesting films in her bag, including Adipurush, Bhediya, Bachchan Pandey, and Ganapath. Buzz has it that Amitabh Bachchan also plays a role in the Vikas Bahl directorial.
