Anushka supported Virat's Indian Premier League (IPL) team Royal Challengers Bangalore as they qualified for the playoffs. The actress took to social media to congratulate Virat and his team on their incredible success.
She reshared Royal Challengers Bangalore's official post announcing their entry into the playoffs on her Instagram stories on Sunday. The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016) actress wrote the caption, "To the playoffs...RCB..RCB..RCB."
Since RCB has moved to the playoffs, it will face teams such as the Gujarat Titans (GT), Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), and Rajasthan Royals (RR).
Anushka Sharma is currently preparing for Chakda Xpress, her upcoming sports drama film. The actor is set to take on the role of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami in the film. The 34-year-old actress is working hard to get into the skin of her character for the film.
