Arjun Kapoor misses his mom, Mona Kapoor; shares an emotional post
Actor Arjun Kapoor shared an emotional post on Instagram as he missed his mother, Mona Kapoor. The actor posted a photo, in which he is seen wearing a formal black suit while he looks at the sky. "Always wondering if she’s watching me from up there," he wrote as the caption of the post.
Under the post, many fans and celebrities commented, ensuring Arjun that his mother is always with him. In the comments section, Karan Boolani, who married Arjun’s cousin Rhea Kapoor last year, dropped a heart and folded hands emoji. Tiger Shroff’s mother, Ayesha Shroff, commented, "Thousand percent." Siddhanth Kapoor commented, "Fully is bro." One fan wrote, "She is with u and besides u.”
Arjun Kapoor’s mother lost her battle with cancer on March 25, 2012, a few weeks before his Bollywood debut with Ishaqzaade (2012).
Last year, on the ninth death anniversary of his mother, Arjun shared a picture of her and wrote, "It’s been 9 years, it’s not fair ya I miss u Maa come back na please… I miss u worrying about me, fusing over me, I miss seeing ur name calling on my phone, I miss coming home & seeing u… I miss ur laugh, I miss ur smell, I miss being called Arjun with ur voice echoing in my ear. I really miss you Mom. I hope ur ok wherever u are, I’m trying to be ok too, on most days I manage but I miss u… come back na…"
