Aunt Rima Jain reacts to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s April wedding rumours
Rumours have been rife lately in the tinsel town of Bollywood that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are set to take their relationship to the next level by tying the nuptial knot in April. A leading publication recently reported that the families have already begun wedding preparations.
However, when a publication asked Ranbir Kapoor’s aunt Rima Jain about the couple getting hitched next month, she said that they will marry but she had no idea when. “Nothing that I am aware of at the moment. They will marry, but I have no idea when. They will decide, and then you will all learn,” she said.
When probed further about the April wedding rumours, Jain said, “Nothing like this. We have not prepared anything yet, so how can the wedding take place so soon? If true, it will be shocking for me as well. Wedding will undoubtedly occur, but I have no idea when.”
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are presently awaiting the release of their much-anticipated fantasy adventure drama Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji for Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Also starring Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in important roles, the film is set to enter cinemas on September 9, 2022.
