The much-anticipated trailer for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, featuring Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, and Tabu, was released today. The film has recently generated a lot of buzz in town. It is a stand-alone comeback to Priyadarshan's 2007 horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa, which starred Akshay Kumar, Shiney Ahuja, and Vidya Balan and was a film adaptation of the 1993 Malayalam film Manichitrathazhu. The Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actor Kartik Aaryan will play Rooh Baba in the film, while the Kabir Singh actress Kiara Advani will perform as Reet.
The trailer is spookier than the first one and after seeing Karthik’s acting it looks like we won’t miss Akshay Kumar anymore! Also I don’t think we have to define Rajpal Yadav’s comedy, he has the power to keep everyone on their feet with his comic timing and Bhool Bhulaiyya 2 is perfect one. Tabu as always is best be it dark comedy, or fiction movies she is best actress we have in Bollywood. We will get to see Kiara in a horror comedy for the first time and looks like she has done it brilliantly.
Filming for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 began in October 2019. Nevertheless, despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the film's release has been postponed indefinitely. It was later rescheduled for March 25 but was postponed to May.
Rajpal Yadav and Sanjay Mishra also play important roles in the film. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is directed by Anees Bazmee and created by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Anjum Khetani, and Krishan Kumar under the banners of T-Series and Cine 1 Studios. This is also Kiara's first time working with Kartik and filmmaker Anees Bazmee. It is set to be released on May 20, 2022.
