Big B unites with Tiger Shroff for ‘Ganapath’; Cameo as Tigers Guru
‘Ganapath’, directed by Vikas Bahl, starring Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon and produced by Jackky Bhagnani, is one of the most anticipated films. Reportedly, Amitabh Bachchan has a central role in this upcoming action thriller. According to reports Big B is making a cameo in the movie for a special role and was recently filmed for his role.
“Mr Bachchan plays Tiger Shroff’s Guru in Ganapath. They shot for the portion in May in Mumbai, and the makers are extremely happy with how it has panned out. However, Mr Bachchan is not only acting in the film, but he has also lent his voice to the project,” informs a source close to the development.
The coalition of Amitabh Bachchan and Bhagnani goes a long way. They previously worked on David Dhawan's 1998 action comedy ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, and the actor also made a special appearance in the 1999 comedy-drama ‘Biwi No.1’ hosted by Salman Khan, Karishma Kapoor and Sushmita Sen.
'Ganapath' also marks the reunion of Tiger and Kriti after first appearing together in her debut Hindi movie ‘Heropanti’ in 2014. In a recent interview, Kriti reveals that she has a soft corner in her mind for Tiger because he was her first co-star in the Hindi film industry. Kriti shared, “We have started our careers together. We have been in the same boat, gone through the same things and grown together,”.
