Yet again, it's that time of year when everyone is feeling merry and bright. In India, Navratri is a widely observed celebration. The Navratri festival commemorates Goddess Durga's victory over the demon Mahishasura, also known as "Asur." The various avatars of Goddess Durga are honoured every day. Everyone is consumed by the 10 days of festivities, fun, food, and colour, including our Bollywood superstars. Every year, a number of B-town celebrities visit Durga Puja pandals to ask for Maa Durga's blessings. This time its none other than the rich cast of Brahmastra including Ranbir Kapoor, Mouni Roy, and director Ayan Mukerji who marked their presence at the pandal.
Ranbir Kapoor wore a short kurta and pyjamas in white. He smiled at the photographers while donning a blue Nehru jacket over his white kurta. The actor asked Goddess Durga's blessings while sporting a full beard and moustache. On the other hand, Ayan Mukerji wore a maroon kurta over a white pyjama. For the Ashtami celebrations, Mouni wore a white saree and striking jewellery. Kajol, Rani Mukerji, Tanuja, Jaya Bachchan, and other celebrities were also spotted at the puja pandal, which was organised by Ayan's relatives and cousins.
