Case Toh Banta Hai: Varun Dhawan revealed that he received scolding from his father David Dhawan on the sets of Main Tera Hero
On the courtroom comedy series Case Toh Banta Hai on Amazon MiniTV, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is the first guest to defend himself against atrangi ilzaams. As the first celebrity to appear on the program, he puts up with Riteish Deshmukh's hilarious verbal jabs as Janta Ka Lawyer, while defense attorney Varun Sharma gave his side of the story as Bollywood ka Insaaf Specialist.
Varun Dhawan was questioned about whether or not his father David Dhawan ever reprimanded him while he was directing him throughout the shoot. Then Varun recalled an incident that occurred on the Main Tera Hero set and told the tale. Varun said, "I was doing a scene on a bike and while making a turn, I fell down and my hand got cut and started bleeding. My dad in front of everybody on the mic said, 'Arey arey arey, nazuk bachche ko lag gyi. Bahut hi nazuk film se aaya hai na...inko samajhao yar hamare pass time nhi hai aise fuski hero ke liye'."
Varun remembered that after this incident he went to his vanity as he was upset ad described his conversation with his brother, "My brother Rohit Dhawan came to me laughing and I told him 'what he's doing I want to be taken seriously. My brother replied, 'Varun you are getting directed by your father, not your mother. Tough love.”
Meanwhile, Varun will be next seen in the horror-comedy film Bhediya opposite Kriti Sanon and he recently wrapped up his shoot for Nitesh Tiwari’s Bawaal which stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead.
