Rajinikanth's last movie, 'Chandramukhi' was released in 2005. In the P. Vasu-directed film, Nayanthara starred opposite Rajini. The movie, which starred Jyothika, Malavika, Vadivelu, Nasser, and Prabhu, was also a great box office success and had a record-breaking 175 days in theatres. The soundtrack for the movie was composed by Srikanth Deva.
After 18 years, 'Chandramukhi's second instalment is currently being produced. Raghava Lawrence portrays the hunter Raja in the Lyca-produced film. This movie is also directed by B. Vasu. 'Chandramukhi' is portrayed by actress Kangana Ranaut. Vadivelu, Mahima Nambiar, Lakshmi Menon, Radhika Sarathkumar, and others also appear.
Maragathamani, an Oscar-winning composer, created the music for 'Chandramukhi 2.' On September's Vinayagar Chaturthi festival, the movie will be released in the five languages of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The film's background work is currently progressing pace.

As a result, they have said that tomorrow (July 31) at 10 am, the first look poster of actor Raghava Lawrence, who plays the hunter Raja in the movie, would be unveiled.
