Cool dad Suniel Shetty wants his children to choose their life partners on their own

It has been a few months since the tinsel town of Bollywood has been buzzing with rumours that Suniel Shetty’s daughter, Athiya Shetty, and cricketer KL Rahul are set to tie the nuptial knot soon.
The couple has been spotted together on multiple occasions. Recently, Athiya was in the UK visiting Rahul and other cricket players and their spouses and children. KL Rahul and Athiya were also snapped with the entire Shetty family during the premiere night of Ahan Shetty's debut film Tadap (2021).
Fresh rumours suggest that the couple is set to marry this winter. However, when Suniel Shetty was asked about the same, he said, “It is for them to decide what they want to do because times have changed. My daughter and son both are responsible. I would like them to take the decision. My blessings are always there for them.”
According to reports, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul will marry in a South Indian ceremony. While everyone is waiting for this grand wedding to take place soon, no formal announcement has been made yet. Stay tuned for more updates!
