Deepika Padukone spills the beans on the release of Pathan

Deepika Padukone, who was recently seen in a cameo appearance in 83 (2021), is presently busy promoting her forthcoming film Gehraiyaan, co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday. Directed by Shakun Batra, the film is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on February 11, 2021.
While fans are looking forward to the premiere of Gehraiyaan, they are also excited about her next release Pathan, which reunites her with superstar Shah Rukh Khan after a long gap of eight years. The film also features John Abraham in the lead role.
Pathan, which will see Khan return on the silver screen after Zero 2018, is expected to enter theatres this year. Sharing more details on the release of the film, Padukone told a publication, “We are in the process of finishing Pathan now which should hopefully be released by the end of this year. We have the last schedule left.”
After calling it a wrap on Pathan, Khan will resume work on Atlee Kumar’s untitled next. The superstar also has Rajkumar Hirani’s next in his pocket which is expected to get off the ground in March, as per reports.
