Did You Know? Deepika Padukone Took 12 Different Food Tastings Before Deciding The Wedding Menu! (Details Inside)

Bollywood weddings have always been a hot topic among netizens. For the wedding planning to the day of the wedding, people eagerly follow their journey to check out for updates, the guest lists, the venue, dress, everything. Now the celebs plan to have an intimate ceremony, surrounded by close friends and families and the first pictures are only posted by the newly wed couple. This trend goes way back to when Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli got married in 2017 in Tuscany, Italy.

Following the trend, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh also got hitched in a private ceremony in Lake Como, Italy on 2018. Now their wedding designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee reveals that this is not the only thing they did for their wedding.

In a recent interview, the fashion designer reveals that the he had never tasted the type of food given at DeepVeer's wedding. The ace designer also revealed that Ranveer told him that Deepika had gone through several food tastings before deciding on the wedding meal. Deepika quips and replies, “twelve”. The actress has gone through 12 different food tastings before finally deciding the wedding menu.

DeepVeer’s wedding was nothing short of a dreamy royal wedding.
