Diwali 2022: Akshay Kumar's Ram Setu & Ajay Devgn' and Sidharth Malhotra's Thank God to battle it out at the box office
Both Ram Setu and Thank God are big-ticket releases featuring A-list actors.

Festivals are a special time for Bollywood films. Occasions like Diwali, Eid, Christmas, and Holi often witness big-ticket releases. Films of many A-list actors hit the cinemas on the same day. And this Diwali, Akshay Kumar, and Ajay Devgn are all set to lock horns at the box office with their respective films Ram Setu and Thank God.
Starring Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles Thank God is helmed by successful filmmaker Indra Kumar. The slice-of-life film has been bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Sunir Kheterpal, Deepak Mukut, Anand Pandit, and Markand Adhikari and co-produced by Yash Shah. It is all set to release on Diwali 2022.
Now coming to Ram Setu, the Akshay Kumar-starrer also features Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha in prominent roles. A historical drama, the film is directed by Abhishek Sharma and creatively produced by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi of Prithviraj Chauhan fame.
While both the releases are much-awaited, it remains to be seen if Ram Setu and Thank God avoid the box office clash or go ahead with a Diwali release. We're definitely looking forward to it!
