Esha Deol said that she has been pushing her mother to make a comeback, and that Hema Malini herself is eager to return to acting. She added that Hema Malini is looking for a role that is very good and that she will only come back if she finds something that she is passionate about.

Esha Deol also talked about her own work and said that she is currently focusing on her short film 'Ek Duaa', which recently got a special mention at the 69th National Film Awards.
