Streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar has announced a direct-to-digital release of Freddy on Thursday. The film, directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Balaji Telefilms and Northern Lights Films, is marketed as an intense thriller. The Twitter handle of Disney+ Hotstar announced the news by posting a monochrome picture of Kartik along with the caption, “Hottest Star on Hotstar

Kartik’s upcoming projects
Kartik's future projects look promising, and one of them is Shehzada, an official remake of Telugu actor Allu Arjun's blockbuster success, Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo, which he recently finished filming. For the second time in this film, he co-stars with the lead heroine, Kriti Sanon. Along with Hansal Mehta's Captain India and his co-star from Bhool Bhulaiya, Kiara Advani, Kartik has the SatyaPrem ki Katha.
