Gauri Khan in Legal Trouble, Charged Under Non Bailable Case Over a Property Issue; Here’s Why?

On Wednesday, a police report (FIR) was filed in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, against Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan's wife, Gauri Khan.

A FIR AGAINST GAURI KHAN, HERE’S WHY?

Gauri has been charged for violating section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, filed the case and said that despite billing Rs 86 lakh for a flat, the company—for whom Gauri served as the brand ambassador—failed to deliver it. The complaint claimed that the apartment at Lucknow's Sushant Golf City's Tulsiyani Golf View had been given to another person.

In addition to Gauri, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, CMD of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited, and Mahesh Tulsiyani, its director, were named in the case. According to the plaintiff, brand ambassador Gauri Khan had an influence on his decision to purchase the apartment.

GAURI KHAN VISITED SRK’S MANAGER POOJA DADLANI’S NEW HOUSE

Recently, Gauri Khan visited Pooja Dadlani, the manager of SRK, at her newly renovated home in Mumbai. Khan herself had done the interior decorating.
