The estranged husband and wife team of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya Siddiqui have been engaged in legal conflict for months, and according to the most recent accounts, they may soon reach a settlement in court.
According to reports, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya Siddiqui will resolve their long-overdue, unpleasant legal case. The relatives of Nawazuddin Siddiqui reported Aaliya to the police. Aaliya then leveled a number of accusations against Nawazuddin and his family. She recently claimed that Nawazuddin and his family kicked her and her children from their home in Andheri. Aaliya and Nawazuddin are reportedly planning to resolve their differences and their legal matter. You did read that correctly. The matter initially came to light in 2021.

There have been numerous reports on Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya Siddiqui in the entertainment news. The actor has informed the Bombay High Court that he will drop his lawsuit against Aaliya, according to a story in ETimes. Nawazuddin Siddiqui's attorney Pradeep Thorat claims that the Haddi actor testified in court that he submitted the habeas corpus petition because his children had gone missing from school in Dubai and he was unable to find them. The attorney claims to be cognizant of the actor from Tiku Weds Sheru's potential for only modest relief. Nawaz, however, asserted that he had not actually seen his children. Sources claim that Nawaz will withdraw his appeal if his issues are resolved.

Shikhar Khandelwal, Aaliya Siddiqui's attorney, claimed that Nawazuddin's petition was unnecessary and that it was Nawaz who failed to visit with his children while she was living at his Andheri bungalow. The defense attorney asserts that Aaliya never prevented Nawazuddin from seeing their kids. He further questioned Nawaz's ignorance of Aaliya and their children's residence in their Andheri bungalow. Aaliya only sought to have the FIR that Nawazuddin's family had made dismissed in court. On March 27, Nawazuddin and Aaliya will appear in court, after which the matter will continue. Lawyer Thorat's assertions that a demand for money has been made known through attorneys via emails was also disputed by Khandelwal.
