The song 'Naatu Naatu' from his film is nominated for the Oscars in the Best Original Song category. Meanwhile, singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaalabhairava will perform live at the Oscars. Now, the director has taken to social media to send out his best wishes to the team of 'Gulmohar' featuring Manoj Bajpayee, Sharmila Tagore and others as it is scheduled to stream on Disney+Hotstar from March 3, 2023.

The film stars Sharmila Tagore and Manoj Bajpayee in the lead roles and is slated to get released on Disney+ Hotstar on March 3. This family drama will mark Manoj Bajpayee and Sharmila Tagore's first collaboration. She plays the role of his mother in the film.
