Kajal Aggarwal invested in D2C ayurvedic brand, termed The Ayurveda Co’s (TAC) $15 Mn Series, during A funding round in November. Param Bhargava and Shreedha Singh were Set up in 2021, and it sells ayurvedic products in three categories: skincare, haircare, and natural makeup. In November, when fundraising, the brand said it recorded 500% growth in revenue from March to October. It was targeting 10x progress by March 2023. As per the reports, TAC has raised $18 Mn in funding.

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma is the founder of the D2C fashion line Nush. she has also invested in many household start-ups. She turned investor with her husband and cricketer Virat Kohli in 2022. Both have invested an undisclosed amount in plant-based meat start-up Blue Tribe. Both are also a part of fintech unicorn Digit Insurance’s funding round from 2020.

Actress Alia Bhatt invested in a start-up termed Phool. Co., the start-up, uses floral waste generated from temples and mosques. It will be used to moderate and handcraft into patented organic fertilizer, charcoal-free luxury incense, and other products by flower cycling. She is also an investor in StyleCraker and Nykaa. She recently launched her start-up called Ed-a-Mamma, a kids and maternity wear fashion brand.

Avnish Chhabria established it in 2019, and it sells vitamins and minerals supplements via its website and offline stores.
