Amitabh Bachchan, a star in the Indian film industry, took a trip down memory lane when he talked about shooting an unusual blood donation scene in the famous movie Amar Akbar Anthony, which was directed by the late Manmohan Desai. The two were known for their popular films together, like ‘Naseeb’ and ‘Coolie’. Their masala films, which were full of action, melodrama, and memorable lines, left an indelible mark on Bollywood.

When Bachchan thought about the scene in question, he joked with Desai about how it didn't make sense and questioned the director's decisions. In the scene, three boys gave blood to their mother at the same time, which isn't possible from a medical point of view. Three different tubes were shown carrying the men's blood to a bottle that was hanging in the air. The bottle then sent the men's blood to Nirupa Roy, who played their mother.
During their funny talks off set, Bachchan joked with Desai about how the scene didn't make sense from a medical point of view. But the late director replied with confidence that Bachchan had no idea about the twist that was coming. Desai shut him up with a few sharp words, but when the scene was shown in theatres, it proved his point. The audience's responses were nothing short of powerful, holding people's attention and shocking them beyond their wildest dreams.
