After Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, and Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt is the latest to join the bandwagon of Indian actresses who've made a place for themselves in the realm of global cinema. Like reported earlier, Bhatt is all set for her Hollywood debut with the film Heart Of Stone, which also stars Gal Gadot in the lead role.
However, there is one actress who it seems is not very interested in going international. And that's Dhaakad (2022) star Kangana Ranaut.
Recently, on Kapil Sharma's TV show, Kangana was asked if she has any plans of going to Hollywood. To this, she replied, “Humare yahan pe itne talented log hain na, to humein kahin aane jaane ki zarurat nahin hai. Ab jaise ke world has become one place, to wahan ke log bhi yahan pe kaam kar rahe hain. (We already have a lot of talent here and do not need to go anywhere. The world has now become one place and many people from there (Hollywood) are coming to India and working here)."
Praising Dhaakad, Kangana said the film has been at par with global filmmaking standards and even International critiques are saying that the action-packed entertainer is much better than many Hollywood films.
Coming to Dhaakad, the film has been helmed by Razneesh Ghai (in his directorial debut) and produced by Deepak Mukut and Sohel Maklai under banners of Soham Rockstar Entertainment, Sohel Maklai Productions and Asylum films. The movie features Kangana Ranaut in the lead role with Arjun Rampal, Divya Dutta and Saswata Chatterjee in supporting characters.
