“I am in discussion for 5 biopics,” says Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh, who has been winning rave reviews for his power-packed performance in Kabir Khan’s sports-drama 83 (2021), has said that he is in talks for 5 upcoming biopics at the moment, including 3 biopics on sportspersons.
Speculations were rife of late that Singh was approached to play a paraplegic swimmer in an upcoming biopic. When he was asked about the same during a recent interview, the talented actor said, “I am in discussion for 5 biopics. Three of those biopics are of sportspersons.”
Singh went on to add, “I guess we should rather wait and give this time; those 5 biopics are all in different stages of development and hopefully one of them will develop into an extraordinary script and you will hear an official announcement soon.”
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh has his plate full with several exciting projects. Some of them include Yash Raj Films’ Jayeshbhai Jordaar and Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus. The actor is also shooting for Dharma Productions’ much-anticipated Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Directed by filmmaker Karan Johar, the much-anticipated film also features Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi on the ensemble cast.
