“If anything happens to me, Nana Patekar and Bollywood mafia is responsible”, Tanushree Dutta pens a note on Instagram

Actress Tanushree Dutta, who grabbed limelight for pioneering the #MeToo movement in Bollywood, has once again lashed out at Nana Patekar and 'Bollywood Mafia', saying that they will be responsible if something untoward happens to her in the future.

For quite some time now, the Aashiq Banaya Aapne (2005) actress has been posting stories on Instagram, claiming that she is being harassed and targeted by people who are behind a series of mishap that she have been happening in her life. She even accused them of being involved in the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

“If anything ever happens to me let it be known that #metoo accused Nana Patekar, his lawyers & accociates & his Bollywood Mafia friends are responsible! Who are Bollywood Mafia?? Same people all whose names came up frequently in SSR death case. ( note that all have same criminal lawyer),” wrote Tanushree in her latest Instagram post.

She further requested her fans and will wishers to boycott films of Nana Patekar, his friends and others from the 'Bollywood Mafia' gang.

“Do not watch their movies, boycott them totally & go after them with a vicious vengeance. Go after all the industry faces & journalists who planted fake news about me and PR people too behind the vicious smear campaigns. Go after everyone!! Make their lives a living hell because they harassed me so much! The law & justice may have failed me but I have faith in the people of this great Nation. Jai Hind...and bye! Phir milenge...” added Tanushree.

Not so long ago, the 38-year-old actress had shared that her attempts at making a comeback in B-Town is being deliberately sabotaged by some people, who do not want her to re-establish herself in the film industry.

She had even accused 'Bollywood Mafia', some politicians and anti-national elements operating in Maharashtra of conspiring to poison and kill her.

Noteworthy, Tanushree Dutta won the Miss India beauty pageant in 2004 at the age of 20 and made her film debut in Aashiq Banaya Aapne (2005). Some of her best known films includes Bhagam Bhag (2006), Raqeeb: Rivals in Love (2008) and Dhol (2008). In September 2018, after having been out of the Bollywood spotlight for several years, Dutta gave an interview to Zoom TV in which she accused Nana Patekar of sexually harassing her on the sets of the 2009 film Horn 'Ok' Pleassss. It was a catalyst for the "Me Too" movement in India.
