Kartik Aaryan on Work Front

In terms of his acting profession, Karthik Aaryan is now occupied with filming SatyaPrem Ki Katha, an upcoming romantic comedy under the direction of Sameer Vidwans. This is Kartik and Kiara Advani's second on-screen partnership since their roles in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The actor plays the title role in the movie Satya Prem, which also stars Kiara as Katha.

The subsequent Bollywood adaptation of the Telugu hit Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Shehzada, would feature Kartik Aaryan as the lead. In February 2023, the film—which stars Kriti Sanon as the female lead—is expected to be released in theatres. His second eagerly anticipated feature, Freddy, is preparing for a major debut.

In the much-loved Aashiqui franchise's third edition, Aashiqui 3, which Anurag Basu is directing, Kartik Aaryan has been cast in the lead role. The producers have not yet chosen the project's female lead.
