It's a boy for Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja!
National Award-winning actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and husband Anand Ahuja welcomed a baby body on Saturday (August 20). The good news was shared by both Sonam and Anand on Instagram for their fans, lovers and well-wishers.
"On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed heads and open hearts. Thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, friends and family who have supported us on this journey. It's only the beginning but we know our lives are forever changed. - Sonam and Anand," the post shared by the new parents read.
After the good news broke out, fans of Sonam as well as many actors, actresses and filmmakers showered love and extended their best wishes to her and Anand, as they kickstart a new, exciting phase in their lives.
Noteworthy, Sonam had celebrated her baby shower in London. She also shared a few glimpses of it with her fans and followers on Instagram. Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor took care of all the arrangements and the guests who attended the shower were impressed.
On the work front, the Neerja (2016) actress was last seen opposite Dulquer Salmaan in The Zoya Factor (2019). She also featured a guest appearance in AK vs AK (2020), which starred her father Anil Kapoor.
Presently, Sonam is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Blind, which also stars Lillete Dubey and Purab Kohli in key roles.
