Jacqueline Fernandez to grace Shilpa Shetty’s new talk show Shape of You talks about fitness, food and mental health

Bollywood has always been a hub to controversies; a place that comes with its own pros and cons. The Race 3 actress Jacqueline Fernandez did mark her presence in the entertainment industry but with success comes dozens of controversies and conjectures.

 In a recent chat show, Jacqueline talked about the violation of her privacy and things being written about her on social media. The Bachan Panday actress also said that the unavoidable conjectures can make a person negative and one should not hold on to that bitterness and let it go. Shilpa Shetty, on her chat show, Shape of You, asked Jacqueline how she deals with the violation of her privacy, and things were written about her. Jacqueline shared that she is a very positive person but over the years she has also learned to not change as a person because such things can really turn you into a bad person.

Jacqueline continued, “Many times you see something randomly written and you're like (shocked expression). But, no one has clarified it, no one's asked you and already, you have this war going on against you which actually didn't even exist. Very, very easily, it can turn you into a horrible person, a bitter person. Someone who is upset with the way that people behave can become untrustworthy. Don't let it change you, don't let it turn you, don't let it upset you, don't let it steal your light. Stay good, stay positive." The actress also shared that seeking therapy has helped her stay calm in times of loneliness.

The actress is recently seen promoting her new film Bachchhan Paandey with Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon. Jacqueline, Akshay, and Kriti’s starrer release on March 18.
