Janhvi Kapoor made her acting debut in 2018 with the critically acclaimed love story Dhadak. Following that, she received a nomination for a Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, the film's protagonist aviator (2020). Khushi will make her acting debut in The Archies by Zoya Akhtar. Along with Dot, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda, and Vedang Raina, Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, and Suhana Khan, the daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, will also make their acting debuts. It will launch on Netflix in 2023 with a 1960s-inspired setting. “Does Khushi illuminate the screen? In all honesty, if you look at my sister with an honest heart and mind, you can tell that she is very pure. It's the most unique thing ever,” spoke Janhvi about Khushi’s debut.

Apart from producing Janhvi’s film Milli, With the yet-to-be-titled Luv Ranjan movie starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, Boney also makes his acting debut. Talking about her father’s debut, Janhvi said, “It's incredible that he was able to try something new at this age. Due to our busy schedules, we haven't spent much time together lately. Chennai is where Papa is. While Khushi is in Ooty, I am filming from halfway around the world. All I want to do is finish work and spend time with my family.”

She has already completed the shoot for her next Bawaal where she will be seen sharing the screen with Varun Dhawan. She also Mr. and Mrs. Mahi with Rajkumar Rao. It is also rumored that she might collaborate on a project with director Homi Adajania.
