Sooraj Pancholi was cleared by the CBI court of the charges and allegations of aiding suicide in the Jiah Khan death case a few weeks ago. The ‘Nishabd’ actress had a connection with Sooraj Pancholi for a few months, and he had previously prevented her from committing suicide. When Jiah committed herself in 2013, Rabia Khan, her mother, charged Sooraj with aiding in the crime. After a ten-year delay, Sooraj was ultimately released from custody. Rabia, Jiah Khan's mother, has a different opinion. According to the late actress's mother, she quickly knew that the case had been contaminated.
Rabia Khan criticised the court after Sooraj Pancholi was declared a free man and vowed to seek justice in a higher court. And now, she has asserted in an interview that the case was mishandled from the start because the evidence suggested homicidal death. According to the mother of the actress, Sooraj was wrongly implicated in the beginning. Rabia claims that she presented murderous proof, but it was disregarded and that the prosecution never brought it before the court. She continues by saying that the entire trial was a mockery of the Indian legal system. According to a popular news portal, she claims that the court was following a higher court decision and a premeditated course that would ultimately result in Sooraj's acquittal. Rabia wonders why the police and CBI were unable to uncover any proof against Sooraj for ten years. She claimed that even though everyone would have known the result, there was insufficient evidence to support it legally or logically.
According to the online entertainment news portal, Jiah Khan's mother, Rabia Khan, also asserts that as the trial progressed, she quickly concluded that the CBI and the prosecution were tainted and that the cause of Jiah Khan's death had never been determined. She continues by saying that the CBI merely took into account the police's first conclusions on Jiah's demise. Rabia Khan also claims that Sooraj Pancholi lied and that his lies were upheld by both authorities. She regrets that her dead daughter, who is unable to speak for herself, was held accountable. Rabia claims that she is dissatisfied with the court system's failure not only as a mother but also as a woman. She accuses Sooraj of being ruthless and now prays to God for her daughter's justice.
