Sooraj Pancholi received a clean bill of health after the suicide of Jiah Khan a few days ago. On April 28, he and his mother, Zarina Wahab, attended the court hearing that Jiah's mother, Rabia Khan, had requested. Sooraj Pancholi has been battling the legal battle for ten years. He had been charged with aiding suicide in the 2013 death of Jiah Khan.
Zarina Wahab, the 'Hero' actor's mother, spoke about her son's freedom.
Zarina Wahab discusses the acquittal of Sooraj Pancholi in the Jiah Khan case. Jiah Khan passed away in 2013, and her mother, Rabia Khan, accused Sooraj Pancholi, who had been dating her daughter for a few months, of aiding in suicide. The case was heard and looked into by the CBI for ten years. As a result of a lack of evidence, the justice system finally declared Sooraj innocent. And as a result of the verdict, Zarina has reacted by exhaling with relief. Zarina reports that Sooraj's smile has returned. She tells an entertainment news website that they are starting to feel like a normal family again.

The actress reveals that they endured all the lies for ten years while clinging to the hope that justice would ultimately be served through India's court system. She does, however, raise concerns about the suffering of the mothers whose sons are imprisoned following a broken relationship. "No mother should endure what she has," she continues. "Any family that has a son who is innocently being tried finds it challenging to live a normal life," says Zarina Wahab. She wonders what Sooraj did wrong for him to lose ten years of his life. Zarina continues, "At this point, I just want everyone to leave my family alone." After 10 years, "we want to feel like a normal family," she says.
