Kajol pays a staggering ₹11.95 crores for two 10th-floor apartments in Mumbai’s Juhu
Kajol now has a new address in town as she purchased two apartments in Mumbai’s posh Juhu neighborhood at the beginning of this year.

Kajol and Ajay Devgn, who live in Juhu’s spacious Shivshakti bungalow, have a massive property portfolio. The power couple owns a couple of bungalows in the Juhu area, which is densely filled with celebrity homes.
According to a website, Kajol recently purchased two flats on the 10th floor of a building in Juhu. The combined cost of the two flats is a whopping ₹11.95 crore.
According to the reports, the transaction took place in January of this year. The carpet area of both flats is around 2000 sq. ft. The documents of the houses were signed by the name Kajol Vishal Devgan.
The actress has now joined the long list of celebrities who have made high-profile real estate deals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and others are amongst them. There had been reports that Kajol’s husband, actor and filmmaker Ajay Devgn, had purchased a luxurious bungalow in Juhu for ₹60 crore before she arrived.
Kajol was most recently seen in the Netflix film Tribhanga (2021), which also starred Tanvi Azmi and Mithila Palkar. Salaam Venky, directed by Revathy, is currently under production. Suraj Singh, Shraddha Agrawal, and Varsha Kukreja are producing the film under Blive Productions and Take 23 Studios.
