Earlier, Tigmanshu Dhulia roped Kangana Ranaut to star in his biopic of the late actress Meena Kumari' Meena Kumari: The Classic Biography.' It was written by Vinod Mehta, but veteran actress, Meena Kumari's stepson, has paused it.
