The actress posted a video of herself offering a critique of the movie she had just watched. She gave the movie high marks and complimented actor-director Rishabh Shetty for making it. After watching the movie with her family, Kangana posted a selfie video from her car and stated, "I have just come out watching Kantara, and I am still shaking. What a powerful experience. Hats off to you, Rishab Shetty. Brilliant acting, directing, writing, and action! Unbelievable! She remarked on how thrilling the local folklore was, saying, "What a fantastic blend of tradition, folklore, and indigenous issues. Such lovely action photography. This is the purpose of cinema and what movies are for”, she added. Furthermore, Kangana stated that she would not be able to "recover" from the experience of watching the movie.
