Kapil Sharma in talks to star in Vipul D Shah’s next
Kapil Sharma is in talks to star in an upcoming Hindi film, set to be produced by filmmaker Vipul D Shah. The duo has previously worked together on the successful stand-up comedy show, Comedy Circus.
According to reports, Vipul D Shah has offered an exciting film to Kapil Sharma. Not much else is known about the forthcoming project at the moment. The team is expected to begin work on pre-production once Sharma signs it on the dotted line and other formalities are completed.
Meanwhile, Shah is also co-producing OMG 2 (Oh My God! 2) with Ashwin Varde. The much-anticipated film, which went before cameras last year, stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam in lead roles.
Kapil Sharma, on the other hand, will make his acting comeback with Nandita Das’ next. Shahana Goswami plays the female lead in the upcoming film.
Announcing the project on his social media handle, Sharma had written, “Your Order is Placed.
