Prabhas became an overnight sensation after his big-budget films Bahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Bahubali: The Conclusion (2017) became blockbusters at the box office. The star has now become a household name in Telugu as well as the Hindi belt. His stardom is increasing day by day. Since the success of the Bahubali franchise, many filmmakers are keen on signing the actor for their films.
One such name among the filmmakers who is waiting to sign Prabhas is Karan Johar, the Bollywood filmmaker who operates Dharma Production and who was also the distributor of the Hindi version of Bahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion. Karan has now signed Prabhas for an upcoming project. According to reports, the film will be helmed by Nag Ashwin.
Prabhas is currently signing many projects. He is all set to release his upcoming romantic drama movie, Radhe Shyam. The film has been directed by Radhakrishna Kumar and stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead. Prabhas is also working on Project K with Nag Ashwin, which will feature Deepika Padukone as the female lead.
