Karisma Kapoor talks about her thoughts on second marriage; Responds to fans’ query
On Thursday, actress Karisma Kapoor held an AMA (ask me anything) session with her Instagram followers. During the brief interview, Karisma answered a number of topics ranging from her favorite people to her favorite foods, as well as revealing whether she prefers Ranbir Kapoor or Ranveer Singh. One of the things she was asked was if she would consider marrying again, and the Andaz Apna Apna (1994) actress had a solid response.
On Thursday, Karisma posted on Instagram Stories that she is in the mood to answer questions from followers. While most fans asked lighthearted questions such as her favorite dish or favorite color, a few asked more intimate questions. In response to a fan's question on whether she would marry again, Karisma uploaded a GIF of a confused and perturbed-looking person with the caption, ‘Depends!’
In 2003, Karisma married businessman Sanjay Kapur. The couple has two children: Samaira, a daughter, and Kiaan, a son. Karisma and Sanjay filed for divorce by mutual consent in 2014. In 2016, their divorce was finalized. The divorce became ugly as both sides made several accusations against one another.
With multiple successes under her belt, Karisma was one of Bollywood's most successful actors in the 1990s. After her marriage, she took a break from acting, but she did make a few cameo appearances. She last appeared on screen in the AltBalaji web series Mentalhood in 2020. It was her first OTT appearance. Brown, directed by Abhinay Deo, will be her next project.
