Kartik Aaryan on comparisons with Shah Rukh Khan: ‘Don't think I want to accept king, I’ll take prince’

Kartik Aaryan is basking in the humongous success of his latest film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022). The film's box office gross has surpassed Rs 200 crore since its release on May 20. Kartik is getting tons of appreciation and praise from the audience for his work in the film.
In the midst of all, the actor has received a slew of new nicknames from fans. In a recent interview, the actor stated that he does not want to be called "king", a term that has solely been given to actor Shah Rukh Khan. Instead, he stated that he would want to be called prince.
Aaryan remarked in an interview that he doesn't understand the significance of the titles, but that it feels good. He said, "I don't know about the importance, but whenever I get these titles, of course, I feel good at first. I don’t think I want to accept the term king. I still have a long way to go, so it’s too early to say that. I’ll take the prince. I am joking. I think I’m just happy with all the love that first started coming after Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018) success or after Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011) and now after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2."
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan will be next seen in Shehzada and Freddy. He has a few more exciting projects in the pipeline, including Captain India.
