‘Chandu Champion’, the next film starring Kartik Aaryan, Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Kabir Khan, will be released in theaters over the Bakri Eid weekend in 2024, according to reports, who broke the news first on Monday late at night. Additionally, according to a rumor from an entertainment news website, Anees Bazmee and Shahid Kapoor intend to release their monumental double-role comedy on the same day.
"Internally, all the stakeholders were informed about the plans of releasing the film on June 14, which coincides with the Bakri Eid weekend. However, they were a little slow in making the announcement, and team ‘Chandu Champion’ made it first. Anees Bazmee and Shahid Kapoor are keen to bring their yet untitled comedy on Bakri Eid weekend and the announcement is around the corner," as per reports, atrade source revealed.
The movie will begin production in August and will be shot over the course of four months in various locales. In his most well recognized role to date, Shahid Kapoor stars in this high-budget action comedy. "The film and its subject are apt for the Bakri Eid festival. Bakri Eid is celebrated by the masses and the yet-untitled double-role comedy will have all the elements for the mass audience. In fact, it is Anees Bazmee's most commercial film to date with lots of action in the narrative," the insider went on to say that Anees Bazmee is now prepared to produce a classic action comedy after delivering a blockbuster in the horror-comedy genre.

In August, production on the film, which stars Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, will begin. Anees Bazmee is the director, and ‘Dil Raju’ is the producer.
