Actors give part their soul for certain roles to make it a #Soulful performance.Role of #PushkarNath had my heart & soul-both! If I was to choose my top three performances from 534 films, the role in #TheKashmirFiles will certainly be one of them.Portraying joy, heroism, romance, happiness does need skill & finesse but dealing with pain and grief with dignity takes away a part of you. As #PushkarNath I was representing more than 500, 000 #KashmiriPandits who were a victim of genocide in early 90's and are still victim of terrorism in #Kashmir (Sanjay Sharma). Truth was my only weapon to project the pain, helplessness, sense of loss and biggest human tragedy of our times. Thank you
ZeeCineAwards acknowledging that!
P.S For people who continue to deny this human tragedy are neither #Human nor have any #Soul!”
