Katrina Kaif's Massive Transformation:
In a series of videos, Kaif is seen performing a variety of exercises, including squats, kicks, and hand-to-hand combat. She also shared a still from the much-talked-about towel scene in the trailer of 'Tiger 3.'
Kaif described her training as "pushing my limits, testing my endurance, and finding that strength within." She also revealed that she created an alter ego to help her push through the pain and fatigue.
"Even if I was tired, SHE wasn’t tired; she was going to war!" Kaif wrote in the caption. "Your mind will stop you long before your body does. The key is to decide, commit, and do it—no matter what."
