Ishita Gupta is a Gen Z supermodel, actress and designer who has taken the fashion and entertainment industry by storm. Born in Ludhiana to an aristocratic family of doctors, Ishita moved to Kolkata where her family runs healthcare centers in and in and around San Diego and Ohio in the USA. Her sister Broti, is the writer for the popular American sitcom, The Simpsons.

Ishita studied at the prestigious Calcutta International School and later pursued her graduate studies in mass communication from SCMC. She is an alumni of the institute, which also produced students like Gauri Shinde that created the critically acclaimed movie, Dear Zindagi, starring Shahrukh Khan and Alia Bhatt. Ishita is closely associated to the Bahraini Royal Family as she is the ex fiancé of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Ali Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, who is the Governor of the Southern Governorate and the son of the Deputy Prime Minister, Sheikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and grandson of the Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, who in turn is the uncle of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Although they were to marry, Ishita decided to prioritize her dreams instead and moved to London to pursue acting.
