Laal Singh Chaddha: Aamir Khan reveals how he came to be regarded as a ‘perfectionist’

Laal Singh Chaddha, Aamir Khan's much anticipated film and the official Bollywood adaptation of the critically acclaimed Forrest Gump (1994), is almost ready for release. On a press junket, the actor is discussing the movie and sharing details about his personal life. Over the course of his career, Aamir Khan has been given the label of "Mr. Perfectionist." Recently, he admitted that he doesn't value perfection.
The Taare Zameen Par (2007) actor is called as "Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood" since he is known for favouring quality over quantity. Khan, however, debunks the misconception that underlies this label by indicating that he values magic over perfection.
Khan stated, “I don’t believe in perfection because I find that beauty lies in imperfection. I don’t think I’m a perfectionist. I think this tag was given to me by the media because I had a very long period in which I didn’t have a film that didn’t work. So, I think they could not figure it out that he hasn’t had a film that hasn’t worked for a long time, and that’s what made them say that I’m perfect. What I really love is magic and a magical moment is much more attractive to me than something that is just perfect.”
On August 11, Laal Singh Chaddha will be released. Raksha Bandhan, starring Akshay Kumar, will clash with the film at the box office.
