‘Liger’ drops a new song’s promo and it’s all the romance you need this monsoon; Vijay and Ananya have great on-screen chemistry

Vijay Deverakonda's much anticipated ‘Liger’ has dropped their third song. The song titled ‘Aafat’ will be released on the 5th of August. The promo shared adorable glimpses of the romance between the lead characters. Vijay shared the promo video and called his on-screen love interest Ananya Panday, a 'beautiful drama queen'.
Taking to his social media, Vijay captioned the promo post, "There's always a beautiful drama Queen who will come between a mother and son! #Aafat Song Tomorrow at 4 PM!" Like the previously released songs, this too was received with great praise and love from fans. The makers had released two peppy numbers ‘Akdi Pakdi’ and ’Waat Laga Denge’. ‘Aafat’ on the other hand is for the romantics and hits sweet notes of a melody. The song will be officially released on the 5th of August at 4 pm.
About the film, ‘Liger’ is about an aspiring boxer played by Vijay. His love interest is Ananya Panday's character. There are several obstacles the lead has to face, creating an epic journey. The film has been shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu. Fans are eagerly awaiting the theatrical release of the film on the 25th of August.
